Every year, the competition is an overview of the most interesting, in our opinion, short animations made in the last two years that have been submitted to us. The films we choose are animations distinguished by form and content, but we are not looking for anything specific. We only crave emotions. So in the International Competition we have a whole spectrum of films - funny, typical genre films, about the search for identity, about relationships, brilliant observations, but also abstract, or or based on music or words.
From among 33 films (+ a film selected by the audience from the Play-off sets) that take part in the International Competition, the Jury will select the best film of the entire competition - the Grand Prix and the Best Polish Film. An additional prize will be awarded by the Junior Jury and, of course, The Audience.
We strongly encourage you to vote. Each viewer can vote for one movie. The animation with the highest number of votes will be awarded the title of Audience Award Animocje 2021.
